10 – cloves of garlic
1.5 kg – lemon
2 l – water

2 tbs – hemp-agrimony (Eupatorium cannabinum)

Preparation:

Clean the garlic pulp first and then put the whole cloves in a bowl of 4 liters. Cut the lemon, previously well washed and peeled, into circles. Then add it in the bowl along with the water and other ingredients.

Cover the bowl and let it stand for an hour to a low temperature, while taking care not to boil. When will get reduced to 1.5 liter, put it away and allow it to cool, then strain and put it in glass bottles, which you’ll then store in the refrigerator.
