Ingredients: 5 dl milk, 250 g  flour, 5 tablespoons oil, 2 tablespoons sugar, a little bit of salt, 1 teaspoon cumin, 20 g yeast, 1 egg for coating on top, a little cumin for sprinkling on top.
Preparation: Whisk the oil, sugar, salt and cumin. In this mix add the diluted yeast, milk and flour. Knead the hard dough same as for bread preparation.

Make small muffin shapes. To each muffin, use a knife to make some decoration, then sprinkle them with caraway and arrange them in a greased baking pan and bake at medium heat.
You can sprinkle a little salt on top of the muffins, but before that pour the whipped egg first. Before baking, leave them in the pan to grow a bit. Can be served with sour cream or yogurt.
