- 3 little deep bowls with finely sliced bread without gluten
- 2 apples, finely sliced
- 2 bananas, also sliced
- quarter cup of Gluten-Free Chocolate milk Chips
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- Cinnamon for taste
- Vanilla sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups coconut milk
