Chaga – The Forgotten Source of Health

About the Chaga, this incredible mushroom, the western world learned through the book “Cancer Ward” – 1968, written by the Russian Nobel laureate, Alexander Solzhenitsyn.

In his semi-autobiographical novel, he writes about his cancer healing by using Chaga tea, after many unsuccessful treatments by the clinics:

“… He could not imagine a greater joy than to leave into the forest for months, to eventually crush the chaga, to cook it on a campfire, to drink the tea and get healed as a tiny animal.
To stalk through the forest for months, with one sole purpose, to get better! Alone like a hound, to look for this mysterious herb that will save his life … “
