The method called “face mapping” has been used for centuries as a way of diagnosis in China and India.

All symptoms of the skin like acne, rashes, redness, hyperpigmentation and wrinkles, are associated with certain parts of the body and help us to reveal the reason for their occurrence.

If you notice some of them in one of these zones, discover for which health problems they indicate:

Face Mapping

Zone 1 and 2: Digestive System

Avoid processed products and instead opt for fresh and natural alternatives. Eat slowly, chew your food well and increased the intake of dietary fiber. Do not forget to drink more water.

Zone 3: Liver

Reduce alcohol consumption, greasy foods and dairy intake, everything that creates pressure on the liver. This is the area of the face where food allergy occurs. Drink enough water to clean the body of toxins, try sleeping enough and your liver will do the rest.

Zone 4 and 5: Kidney

Their appearance around the eyes indicate dehydration and the solution is drinking more water.

Zone 6: Heart

Indicates hypertension and vitamin B deficiency, check your pressure and top up the lack of vitamins.

Try to avoid too much spicy foods and cut down on meat intake. Reduce cholesterol, do so bad fats will be replaced with good which can be found in nuts, avocados, fish and flax seed. Spend more time in the fresh air.

Zone 7 and 8

Indicates kidney failure and dehydration, so limit your intake of alcohol and coffee, because they lead to dehydration.

Zone 9 and 10: Respiratory System

This area is connected to the lungs. Avoid too hot rooms, eat foods that have a cooling effect. The list of prohibited foods include: meat, dairy, alcohol, caffeine and sugar. Green vegetables are highly recommended.

Zone 11 and 12: Hormones

This is the area that is associated with stress and hormonal changes. Provide your body enough sleep, drink enough water, eat lettuce and keep your skin perfectly clean.  The changes of this area of the face, also occurs and during the period of ovulation.

Zone 13: Stomach

Increase dietary fiber intake and drink herbal teas that facilitate digestion.

Zone 14: Diseases

The change in this area occurs as a sign of illness so try to rest, drink water, find a way to relax and sleep. Allow your body to restore energy and vitality.

Next time you notice bloating, dryness and dark circles around the eyes, have in mind this map, because your skin is trying to communicate with you and reveal some problems of internal organs.
