Chiara Kuhns, it depends in which way you want to implement it.
If you want to use it as an addition to your meals you can just peal it first and then chop it in small peaces. Mix these peaces together with the meal.
Or…
You can use the same process for preparing tea. Just add the small chopped peaces of Ginger in hot boiling water and wait some 10 min., and then drink the tea.
Can ginger be purchased already in a powder form, and what is the best company.
