Tangerine DrinkIngredients:

  • 1 liter of water
  •   ½ grapefruit
  •     1 tangerine
  •       1 cucumber
  •         4-6 large mint leaves


Chop the cucumber in slices
Peel of  the tangerine and grapefruit
Chop them also in slices and put them aside.
Put all ingredients in a pitcher and pour water on them.
Leave this mix in the refrigerator during the night.
Next morning mix it nicely and start drinking this juice.
