Honey Fast Diet: Lose 5 Pounds in Only 3 Days

Honey in Nature

Day One

Breakfast: 2 soft boiled eggs with a tablespoon of honey. Along the meal, drink tea with lemon or coffee without sugar.

Lunch: 100g cheese, 50g of cooked broccoli, 50g  cooked carrots and 50g cooked cauliflower. Mix it in a blender and make a creamy paste. Again, drink another cup of tea with 1 tablespoon of honey.

Dinner: 1 cup of light vegetable soup, a piece of whole-grain bread, 1 apple, pear or orange.

Day Two

Breakfast: Just like the first day

Dinner: 300g cooked vegetables, 1 soft boiled egg and a cup of tea with 1 tablespoon of honey.
Note: Each day you must eat a half of lemon!
