Chronic Fatigue – The Serious Threat To Your Health

Fatigue exacerbated by physical or mental effort which doesn’t go away even while you are resting. Because the symptoms of this disease are very difficult to measure, this condition until recently was not taken seriously.

However, doctors and scientists today agree that this disease really exists.

Causes of chronic fatigue

There are several possible causes of chronic fatigue: depression, anemia, hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), allergy, viral infections (eg Epstein-Barr virus or herpes virus 6), improper functioning of the immune system, hormonal disorders, autoimmune disease, chronically low pressure.

Sometimes the symptoms of chronic fatigue can be caused by other diseases (arthritis, sleep disorders, hepatitis, leukemia, cancer …) or taking certain medications.

Causes of chronic fatigue by alternative medicine:

Epstein-Barr virus (HHV-4)
Initially it was thought that this virus is the only cause of chronic fatigue. Epstein Barr virus is fairly widespread (it is present in 95 percent of the population, but many of us develop immunity to it). According to doctors of conventional medicine, Epstein Barr virus is associated with many diseases such as infectious mononucleosis, cancer, systemic lupus, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, chronic fatigue.

Improper diet, excessive use of antibiotics, unhealthy lifestyles may contribute to the growth of candida in the body. In this case the body will consume more energy to defend against Candida. According to alternative experts, the Candida can cause serious health problems like chronic fatigue, allergies, arthritis, and even cancer.

– Lack of vitamins and minerals in the body.
If we have a lack of certain vitamin or mineral, it will certainly affect our health. It is likely that the first symptom would be chronic fatigue.

– Parasites
All people are carrying with them (according to the research the average American carries in his body at least a pound of parasites). Parasites steal vitamins and minerals from our body, and in turn emit toxins that burden the body.

Chronic Fatigue

– Stress
Besides the damage it can cause to the adrenal glands and the nervous system, stress also affects our immunity and the loss of vitamins. Long-term exposure to stress also affects chronic fatigue.

Do not underestimate it. It is not only emotional, but also physical burden.

– Toxins in the body
Unfortunately we live in a polluted world. Toxins in air, water, food affect our lives. Our body has its limit of tolerance of toxins, then begins to show signs of decline as alarm immunity, constant tiredness, allergies .. It is important to regularly clean the body of toxins.
