The bacteria adhere to the walls of the urinary tract, but the effects of cranberry prevents them attach to the walls, so it’s much easier for the body to expel them through the urine.

Preparation: In 0.5 l of water cook 30g of cranberry. Drink three times a day, one cup of hot tea, after every meal.

2. Parsley

Parsley tea is excellent for detoxification and removal of excess fluid from the body, and though, it is one of the best home remedies for UTI.

Preparation: Put one to two teaspoons of root or dried leaves of parsley in a cup of boiling water, drink the tea while it is still warm. Drink three cups a day, after your meals.

 

3. Birch tea

Preparation: Place a handful of dried leaves of birch in a cup of boiling water, let it stand for ten minutes, then strain. Drink four cups a day between meals. After the tea, drink one glass of water.

4. Bearberry tea

Known as bearberry tea among people (Arctostaphylos uva ursi), mainly used as a medicament for the treatment of urinary infections. Although, the mechanism of its effects are still unknown, it has been shown to prevent the spread of bacteria and reduces inflammation. Because of its diuretic action, it helps in expelling the bacteria from the body.

Preparation: Pour one tablespoon of dried leaves with 250 ml. boiling water, let it stand for 15 minutes then strain. Drink on cup of this tea, three times a day, without any sugar addition.
