For preparation of this tea, which reduces negative consequences of stress you need 100 grams of valerian, chamomile, lavender and mint.

To 1 soup spoon of this mixture pour 200 ml of cold water. While covered, heat up the pot till it starts to boil and then leave it for about 1 hour and then drain it. Sweeten if necessary.
Drink one cup of tea 2-3 times after a meal or by your needs.
